How to take your measurements

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust, making sure tape is flat across the back and go over your shoulder blades.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Mens

Chest

Measure across fullest part of your chest by placing the tape under your arms. Make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Waist

Measure around natural waistline (where your shorts / trousers sit).
