How to take your measurements

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust, making sure tape is flat across the back and go over your shoulder blades.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Mens

Chest

Measure across fullest part of your chest by placing the tape under your arms. Make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Waist

Measure around natural waistline (where your shorts / trousers sit).

Delivery & Returns

Shipping policy

UK Customers

All standard shipping orders are processed within 1-2 working days, with delivery expected within 2-3 working days after that.

For next day delivery, order before 2pm Monday-Thursday to receive it the next working day. If you order after 2pm, on Friday or at weekends, your order will be processed the next working day and delivered the day after that.

For Saturday delivery, order by 1pm Friday to receive it on Saturday. If you order: after 1pm, on Friday or at weekends, your order will be processed and delivered the following Saturday.

Unfortunately we're not able to offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, but if you select this option then it'll be delivered within 48 hours.

International Customers

All standard shipping orders are processed within 1-2 working days, with delivery expected between 8-12 working days after that.

For express services, these are processed within 1-2 days and delivery is around 2-3 working days after that. 

Please be aware that all shipping times are approximate, and may vary for various reasons such as weather, postal strikes etc.

Duties & Customs

We have partnered recently with Swap Global, who calculate any customs fees and add it to the shipping part at checkout. This means, unlike before, you won't be hit with any extra customs charges during the delivery process. 

The amount stated at checkout is calculated based on which items have been ordered, the total basket amount and also each item's country of origin. For example, for any shipments going out to Europe, this would be a general customs charge (from the UK to Europe), and for any shipments to the USA this would reflect current (though ever-changing) tariff laws.

Policy & Terms

By placing an order at Lazy Oaf you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Lazy Oaf. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Refund policy

You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Please note all Sale items purchased in Oaflet must be returned within 14 days. We are unable to offer exchanges on any products.

Before you return your items please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If we receive an item back that is damaged or unsellable (smelling like an armpit etc) we will contact you regarding it. A refund may not always be honoured in these cases.

All online orders must be returned via our online returns method, these will not be accepted in store.

- We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we've received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of your refund.

- The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

- If you are within the UK and the item is incorrect or faulty please email contact our customer services and we will send you a free returns label.

- For International customers, if the item is incorrect or faulty please email us your full name, order number and a quick description of what has happened and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.

- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Oaf Support can investigate this for you
