Social Media Coordinator
Are you immersed in the world of social media? Always keeping on top of immerging trends in the digital sphere? Have a keen eye for curation? We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to join our marketing team and coordinate our social media channels.
This is a brand new role at Lazy Oaf and, as a part of a growing business, we’re looking for someone to not only run the channels but drive both them and the brand forward. The role is full-time in our London studio reporting to our PR & Marketing Manager and working as part of a small, tight-knit team.
What you will do:
+ Coordinate the day-to-day running of all social media channels and develop multi-channel content plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
+ Carefully curate channel feeds to fully reflect brand aesthetic and create engaging copy that reflects a clear brand voice and identity.
+ Build social media strategies and campaigns for every project, developing creative and innovative ideas to push the brand forward
+ Monitor and report channel performance, tracking engagement, hits, sales and overall ROI.
+ Work alongside in-house and external creatives to build channel specific content.
+ Work alongside the PR Coordinator on influencer outreach and collaborations.
+ Liaise with digital marketing agencies on paid social campaigns.
+ Monitor comments and communication on channels actively engaging with the community and liaise with Customer Services Coordinator on CRM for social media.
+ Work closely with staff from Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, PR, Trade and Retail to support product and campaign launches through social activity.
+ Research and propose additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers via channels.
What we want from you:
+ At least 2 years professional experience in a social media role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle retail sector.
+ Copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ A mixture of both creative and analytical skills.
+ Idea generator and entrepreneurial attitude.
+ Proactive team player.
+ Experience working with Google Analytics and similar programmes.
+ Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
+ A good understanding of the Lazy Oaf brand and target consumer.
+ An invested interest and awareness of fashion, streetwear and design.
