Lazy Oaf Presents: Antimodel Rico
For our latest blog series, we are teaming up with East London model agency Anti-Agency and photographer Olivia Richardson to profile our favourite new faces wearing their favourite Lazy Oaf designs. Unlike your typical model agency, Anti-Agency focus on hand selecting their models not only based on their unique appearance but also on their personality, individual style and talent representing artists, musicians and stylists who see modelling as an extension of their creativity. Founded in 2013, their models have already graced the pages of i-D and Dazed and Confused Magazines, walked catwalks for DKNY and been snapped for Marc Jacobs campaigns, not to mention lookbook shoots for yours truly... Today we chat to Anti-Model Rico about skating skills, death skulls and his impressive hairstyle. I am... A mechanic in training. If I could wake up anywhere tomorrow it would be⦠Either Portugal or Mauritius. The song I can't stop listening to is⦠Black Kray - The Function. My biggest food addiction is⦠Chicken katsu curry. I can't live without⦠Music and my skateboard. My most over worn piece of clothing is... My duck camo bucket hat. I am good at⦠Relaxing, basketball and ju-jitsu. I would like to be better at⦠Skateboarding. My most overused emoji is⦠I'm an Antimodel because of... My hair, my strange face and my weird attitude to life. âââââââââââââââââ Rico wears our All Day Buffet Hoodie and matching All You Can Eat Trackpants.
